EVENTS Pricing for Nissi's and The Parkside | Menu
The following are event times and facility fees for Nissi's, and our exciting new space, the Parkside at Nissi's. Prices include tables and chairs, set up and tear down, the use of the stage, audio and visual equipment, wireless Internet access, and more.
At Nissi's and the Parkside, You can enjoy in-house catering from our award-winning cuisine. Check out our menu that can be served plated or buffet style. See menu for options.

Nissi's can accommodate up to 120 guests.
Parkside can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Both spaces combined can accomodate up to 160 guests.
EVENING FACILITY FEES:
Monday and Tuesday Evenings (6:00 – 11:00 p.m.)
Nissi's: $800
The Parkside: $200
Combined Spaces: $1,000
Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday Evenings (6:00 – 11:00 p.m.)
Nissi's: $1,400
The Parkside: $300
Combined Spaces: $1,700
Friday and Saturday Evenings (6:00 – 11:00 p.m.)
Nissi's: $2,500
The Parkside: $500
Combined Spaces: $3,000
WEEKDAY FACILITY FEES:
Monday - Friday (available 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
Nissi's: $90 hour
The Parkside: $50 hour
Combined Spaces: $130 hour
(Four hour minimum)
Saturday and Sunday
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Nissi's: $400
The Parkside: $100 (Saturday Only )
Combined Spaces: $500
12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Nissi's: $800
The Parkside: $200

All Day Saturday
Nissi's: $1,200
The Parkside: $600

FOOD, BEVERAGE AND GUEST MINIMUMS:
$25 Food and Beverage Minimum for Daytime Events
$35 Food and Beverage minimum for Evening Events
25 Guests Minimum - Parkside
60 Guests Minimum - Nissi's
120 Guests Minimum - Combined Spaces
Facility fee is due up on signing contract to hold your date.
Add 10% for weddings and holidays.
INCLUDED IN FACILITY FEE:
• Room rental
• On-site manager during event
• Tables and chairs
• Use of audio and visual equipment, including an LCD projector
• Wireless Internet access
• Exclusive use of Nissi's and Parkside facility (combined space rentals only)
• Additional meeting/dressing room (weddings only, subject to approval)
• Set up and tear down
NOT INCLUDED IN FACILITY FEE :
• Taxes, plus gratuity @ 20% of food & beverages order
• Beer, wine, or alcoholic beverages
• In-house catered cuisine
• A/V technician @35 hr
• Facility cleaning @ $35 half day; $65 full day or evening
• Audio or Video taping - now available
• Additional services, planning, or support as requested, TBD
